Ive had this since childhood. I desired a peaceful loving environment.

I was unaware of my origins as a Starseed. My body could not hold the high frequency of my soul. I felt unsafe in my body and my nervous system was constantly hijacked.

When I was 6 years old, helper men at my house started sexually abusing me for 1 week. I had no clue as to what was going on with me.

The incident was witnessed by an older lady in the neighborhood. She reported some information to my grandmother went down the chain to my mother.

My experience was invalidated unconsciously, this created extreme shame and guilt in my body

My soul left my body that day… I detached from my true self

Self awareness led me to voluntarily enroll myself in a psyche ward to receive the support I desired.

Right after the roller coaster ride of postpartum recovery, I underwent a spinal surgery in India in dec 2017. Good news, my back has never been more flexible and healthy. I used the power of energy practices like tai chi and yoga to heal.

The universe got me good..

My 2.5 year old sweet boy was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and ADHD in 2018.

The same year, I was diagnosed with BIPOLAR DEPRESSION

I broke down completely, there was no LIGHT…

Talk about narcissism as a theme in my life, I was made to feel ashamed by the external world. They were trying to fix my child like a project. I suffered through verbal emotional abuse for 6 years till I broke my silence.

Being an Empath, i tried all different ways to communicate my needs , however we all know how patriarchy has a grip on controlling women.

I received no emotional and spiritual support from the people I trusted. Unconsciously, everyone projected their fears and trauma on me.

MY soul knew deep down, all my experiences were not by fluke rather by design….

What was needed? I took the journey… in tears, all broken and soul wrenched..

Here I am, stepping in my purpose… to guide you and walk with you on your journey…

Discomfort and challenge are an important part of the journey. The old must DIE for the new to be BORN.
