FLUID MOVEMENT & Deep Breathing for relaxation & nervous system reset

  • Ecstatic Dance is a fluid practice to be with your body, embracing it in all states of emotions that arise

We tend to Overthink and constrict our body. Our body is made of 3 layers, physical, energetic and Spiritual. We must maintain a hygiene practice for all 3 layers daily to keep our mind body spirit system in a harmonious state. 

Duration: 60 minutes

  • Slow movements adapted from Somatics, gentle guidance with self care tools like wooden pillow, Gua Sha

  • Pranayama or Breath Work, expansion of breath for fuller deep breathing
